The Assembly of the Sacred Wheel (ASW) is a legally recognized Wiccan non-profit religious organization based in the Mid-Atlantic region. The form of Wicca that the Assembly practices is syncretic, drawing inspiration from the Western Magickal Mystery Tradition (Hermeticism, Alchemy, Tarot, Ceremonial Magick, Astrology, Qabala) and the folk religions and magickal practices of Europe. The Assembly seeks the balance of the science of magick with the ecstatic art of Wicca.

Keepers of the Holly Chalice, the founding Coven of the Assembly, formed in February of 1984. The Assembly was incorporated in the State of Delaware in 1993, and was granted 501 (c) (3) status by the IRS in 1995.

The Tradition currently consists of 13 covens, spread over 4 states. All 13 covens stay in contact with one another and work together throughout the year for support, balance, training, and larger scale magickal workings.
